Our MOQ is 1x20ft container load of furniture. You can mix different products from our Jatiwood product line to fill up one container

Our Price is F.O.B (Free on Board) in Semarang Port
How long does it take to produce my order?
production time is 60-90 days after receiving the down-payment, Production time depend on the model and quantity

do you provide private label manufacturing services and what are the condition?
yes beside manufacturing our own Jatiwood outdoor product line, we do manufacture customer own desgn. We are working with many of very reputable brand in europe and america whereby we produce product for such retailer / designer who prefer to have their own exclusive disigned furniture. yes, this is subject to MOQ. Please contact our customer service for more details.
do you take custom order?
yes, we also revise your designs and provide our feedback for the betterment of the product
does the furniture come assembled or will I need to put it together?
most of furniture is knock-down but some are fully assembled, please check with customer service while ordering. The knock down furniture could be assembled by customer himself by following the instruction manual provided by jatiwood

are factory tours available for potential buyers?
we welcome you to visit our factory, but it is recommended to email at info@salimteakwood.id for appointment first

How much does shipment cost?
The shipment cost depends on the shipping destination. In the situation you don’t have forwarder partner, we may help to find best forwarder to arrange your shipment
Which port Jatiwood ships from?
we ship from semarang port , Indonesia. We ship in 20ft, 40ft or 40ft HC containers. Sample product are available to review the product quality and design before purchasing in container loads. Our customer service can assist you with any shipping assistance you may require or information regarding fright
How do I pay my order?
all transaction in USD currency, we accept LC at sight and Bank Transfer with minimum of 40% as down-payment and the balance should be done once after shipment effected( upon emailing complete copy document shipping)
